For the death caused by the disaster, we as a human is not powerful enough to avoid such incidents. Not meaning that by praying hard, human can flee from such incident. Life is like that, very unfair. it is like the food chain. The grasshopper is forever will be eaten by the chicken or the prey from the upper food chain.
As if one can determine the date, time and how they die, life will be meaningless you see. No more suspense.
